Sub: Application for Mid Term Admission to Class 7^th

Madam,

I am a Senior Scientific Officer in DRDO, Ministry of Defence. I have recently been transferred from a DRDO establishment in Hyderabad to the apex unit in the Ministry of Defence, New Delhi. I have been directed by the administrative authorities to join at my new office in the first week of February 2010.

In View of the above, my daughter who is studying in class 7^th at St Ann’s School, Secunderabad, need to leave the school and get admitted to a suitable school in New Delhi or in NCR areas. Since my own residence is in Shipra Sun City, Indirapuram, it would be comfortable for my daughter and for we parents if she gets admission to your prestigious school.

I am sending copies of her progress cards for the last six months. I am also enclosing copies of the mark sheets of her annual examinations for classes 3^rd, 4^th, and 5^th for your evaluation and consideration for her admission to your school.

I am planning to visit your school for meeting you in mid January  2010, along with my daughter Smriti so that you may evaluate her by interviewing personally.
