People who are having busy life and daily physical activity don’t need more attention for physical fitness as they used to get more or less workout from their daily activities. But staying healthy is the most concerned thing for those who having comfort life. For that they must follow the daily exercising schedule. Doing exercising is not that hard thing. But the hard thing is to maintain the daily routine of that exercising. They must be consistent for it on daily basis. I have seen that many people left this habit because of different reasons. They do start with proper goal and lots of excitement but they stop it in very short time. Let’s talk about few reasons which cause us stop exercising.

Excitement and over exercising in the beginning: I have seen this thing happen with many people. Even I have faced such thing with myself. We always start exercising with lots of excitement and big goals. And to fulfill them we always start with over exercising. Let me tell you, we can’t lose weight in few days or one or two months. We have to do hard work. So you don’t need to give over stress to your body from the starting as your body is not habitual for such hard work. Because of that your body will start paining and you will not able to continue the same exercising schedule from second or third day. So better you start with less exercise and increase it gradually. No need of any kind of hash, you can increase them day by day lately so that lately you can handle more exercise. So start with less exercise and first make your body used to of it.

Get bored with exercise: I have also seen people easily get bored with such workout. They start with a proper goal but soon they just don’t like continuing it. They just don’t want to spend time for it or they don’t able to kill that time easily. And because of that they don’t able to be that much consistent for the same and at last they give up. So better you do something about it. If you will get bored then you will not able to pass your exercising time easily. So you should try to make it entertaining or something, for example you can start music during your exercising time so that you can easily kill time. 

Become impatient shortly: I have already mentioned above that people start with big goals and lots of excitement. In terms of weight losing also one needs to be very patience. You can’t be slim in very short time. For that you have to become strong with solid patience.  I have seen that people do start well but in very short time they start feeling that they are not improving at all, I mean they think that they are not getting any benefit from those exercise. But let me tell you those exercises will not give you result instantly or in short time. But once it will start giving result you will get those results very fast. So this is another reason for which I have seen many people left exercising because they don’t think they are getting any benefit.

Laziness: If anyone interested in losing weight or doing regular exercising then he or she must left laziness. With laziness you can’t do anything for long. Even you start well, after a week or something you will start feeling laziness again. But you must avoid for getting proper result. I have seen people facing the same problem. They start gym or other exercising method. They do well in a week but after a week they start giving excuses that they are not able to wake up early in the morning or they don’t have time. This is all laziness. Anyone can give at least one hour to his or her body to stay healthy. If you are having busy life then you can wake up one hour early to keep up with the same.

Feel shy: Another thing I noticed is that people feel shy doing exercising in front of any other person. That’s why they avoid something like walking in the park, avoid doing gym and also few other things which they have to do in front of many people. And because of this thing they avoid exercising too. This may sound funny but let me tell you many people avoid doing exercising or left exercising just because of this reason. Well, this thing can be only improved by themselves. They should not feel shy or awkward because they are having heavy body or what will other say about them or any other reasons, otherwise they will not able to do anything. But still if they can’t do this thing then they can do exercise by their self at home when they are alone. They can search for exercising chart or methods online or watch it on TV.

When they are alone: I have told you above that there are some people just don’t like to do exercise in front of anyone. But there is also big group of people who don’t like to be alone or doing anything alone. In fact I have seen many people who just don’t able to join gym or any kind of exercising program because they don’t find any company with them. They just don’t like to join something like this alone. Honestly when you are having company for the same thing then you can complete your exercising goal and achieve it very easily. When you are exercising with someone then you can produce best result because of competition nature. So this also happen when someone just ignores doing exercising as they don’t find partner to keep up with them.

This is it. I guess I have explained all the reasons which I came to know about them so far. Exercising can produce best results when you will be consistent in it. And all above factors force people to become inconsistent for the same many times. I am sure many of you have noticed above factors for being inconsistent.
