Importance Of Lemon to Health and Hair.

In This article I am saying some important tips of Lemon. This is good for health and hair. Lemon juice can be used to enhance the color of the skin and many more health tips to body.

1. Take two teaspoons of lemon juice, two teaspoons cucumber juice and two teaspoons olive oil mix all the juices. Wash face with cold water then apply cream to the face and rub with fingers slowly for 5 to 10 minutes. After 10 minutes clean with warm water using this tip daily will keep your face healthy and bright.

2.Apply Coconut oil mixed with lemon juice to the face and neck and wait for 15 minutes and take bath. Do this tip daily to improve glow in the face.

3. Drinking of honey with lemon juice will help to reduce fat from body this is also good for health.

4.Steaming face with lemon juice helps to prevent black heads.

5.Oily skin person must massage with lemon wood for 5 minutes helps to prevent from white heads and black heads and makes skin smooth.

6. Lemon works great for those with oily skin. This will send waste out of the body. Take one spoon of lemon juice, 4 spoons oat mill powder, 2 teaspoons honey and curd mix all of them in a bowl and make as a paste. Apply this mask to entire face after some time clean with warm water.

7. Lemon is used to remove dandruff from hair. Take one cup curd and 1 lemon juice mix the both well and apply to hair. Take bath after half an hour. Follow this tip twice in a week to remove dandruff from hair.

8. Here is another tip to remove dandruff take coconut oil, and half lemon juice boil until juice remians in oil. Apply this oil in midnight and take head bath to remove dandruff. Lemon juice which is in hair will remove dandruff.
