Preparation time: 10 minutes

Serves 4

Ingredients:

 1) ¼ cup cauliflower,cut into small florets

 2) ¼ cup chopped french beans

 3) 1 medium carrot,peeled and cubed

 4) ¼ cup green peas

 5) 1 medium capsicum,cubed

 6) ¼ cut baby corn,cut into slices

 7) ½ tbsp cumin seeds (jeera)

 8) 2 medium onions,pureed,refer handy tip

 9) 2 cloves (laung/lavang)

 10) 1 stick cinnamon (dalchini)

 11) 1 cardamom (elaichi)

 12) 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

 13) ½ tbsp green chilli paste

 14) 1 cup milk

 15) ¼ cup panner (cottage cheese),cut into small pieces

 16) ¼ cup pineapple slices (canned),cut the small pieces

 17) 3 tbsp cream

 18) ½ tbsp garam masala

 19) 1 tbsp ghee

 20) salt to taste

   Ingredients for the garnish 

 1) 1 pineapple slices (canned)

 2) 1 tbsp chopped coriander 

 How to proceed:

 1) Heat the ghee in a Kadhai and add the cumin seeds.When the seeds crackle,add the onion puree,cloves,cinnamon,cardamom,ginger-garlic paste,green chilli paste and saute for 5 to 7 minutes while stirring continuously.

 2) Add the cauliflower,french beans,carrot,green peas,capsicum,baby corn,salt,½ cup of milk and ¼ cup of water.Cover and cook over a slow flame till the vegetables are tender.

 3) Add the remaining milk,panner,pineapple,cream and garam masala and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.

Serve hot garnished with pineapple slices and coriander.
