Dry fruit laddu

Ingredients for Dry fruit laddu :

  • dates - 1 cup
  • Kaju, badam, Pistha, Kismiss - 1 Cup
  • Ghee - 2 table spoons

Preparation of Dry fruits Laddu :

  1. Remove seeds from dates.
  2. Then fry all dry fruits in ghee.
  3. Then add dates in it and in few minutes  dates also start melts.
  4. When the mixture gets thicken then off the flame.
  5. Now apply ghee to your hands and make the mixture into balls.
  6. We can add dry coconut chop also.
  7. Therefore, dry fruit laddu is ready.

Coconut kova laddu

Ingredients for Coconut kova laddu:

  • Dry coconut chop - 1/4 kg
  • Kova - 150g
  • Sugar - 150g
  • badam, kaju powder - 1 spoon

Preparation of Coconut Kova Laddu:

  1. Take 1/2 cup water and add sugar in it.
  2. Now place this mixture on stove.
  3. Let them boil until the sugar gets melt.
  4. Now place another bowl on other side and fry kova and coconut chop finely.
  5. Then add the sugar syrup which we prepare just now.
  6. When the mixture gets thicken then add adam, kaju powder.
  7. Then off the flame.
  8. When the mixture gets cool a little bit then mold the mixture in to small balls.
  9. We can even add fried suji also.
  10. Therefore, Coconut kova laddu is ready.

Ground nut Burfi

Ingredients for Ground nut Burfi :

  • Ground nuts - 1/2 Kg
  • Elachi powder - little
  • sugar - 1/2 Kg
  • Kaju - 1/4 Kg
  • Ghee - little

Preparation of Ground nut burfi:

  1. Fry ground nuts in oil and then remove its skin.
  2. Now make them into rough powder.
  3. Then make kaju also rough powder.
  4. Now take water and sugar in a bowl, then make sugar syrup.
  5. Then sugar syrup must become thick.
  6. Now add ground nut powder, kaju powder, elachi powder one by one in the sugar syrup.
  7. When the mixture gets thicken then place that mixture in a plate where oil has applied.
  8. Let the mixture get thicken.
  9. Now cut the mixture into pieces.
  10. Garnish the pieces with kaju.
  11. Therefore, Ground nut Burfi is ready.
