Recipe- Paneer Butter Masala

 

Ingredients:-

Paneer

Onion

Tomato

Ginger, Garlic paste

Green chilly

Cashew nut

Salt

Ghee

Red chilly powder

Garam masala

Coriander powder

Butter

Fresh cream/Malai

Method:-

First you have to prepare the paste (Cut onions, Cashew nuts, Green chilly, Ginger Garlic paste, Tomato)

Take onion and cut it into pieces

Now take ghee in a pan and heat it,

Now fry onion, cashew-nuts and green chilly till it turns light brown

Remove from the pan    add Ginger- Garlic paste and Tomatoes and put in the grinder/mixer.

Grind till a fine paste is prepared

  • Take butter in a pan and heat it put the paste in butter.
  • Add salt, Red chilly powder, Garam masala, Coriander powder and fresh cream/malai according to your taste.
  • Take bit of water in a bowl add edible colour (Orange) in it, mix and then add it to the pan
  • Add some water in the pan
  • Add pieces of Paneer in it and keep it on heat till you spot the butter coming out from the dish.

 

The dish is prepared, garnish (with coriander leaves) and serve

So why go to the restauarant when you can enjoy it at home.
