Well, a lot of us are constantly worried about our looks and mostly about the never ending circle of dark circles around our eyes. If you look for a solution online, all you get is some expensive under eye gel or cream and I don’t know what not. Chances are they will and are worthy enough of providing good results. After all they are still floated around in the market so such cosmetic items must have proved their worth. Anyway the discussion point about this article is to provide a solution that can help people who have dark circles around their eyes and wish to get rid of it.

First of all you need to understand a fact that no amount of cream or gels or home remedies are not going to work until you give rest to your eyes. In an age where using a laptop or a compute is next to impossible, we tend to over use our precious eyes. Also, many a times it is seen that only a good and proper sleeping habit can do away with dark circles. In addition, a lot depends on your diet. Eating a well-balance diet can create wonders on your overall health.

But if your answer to almost all the things about good diet and sleep is a yes but you still have those dark bags under your eyes, try some of these tips that I am going to share with you. 

Given below are certain home remedies to deal with problems related to eyes for which you don’t need to shell out a lot of money.

How to remove or minimize dark Circles?

All you need to do it shred three cucumbers and then strain the cucumber juice using a muslin cloth.  Soak a cotton ball in the juice for about 2-3 minutes and then place this cotton ball on your eyelids and on your dark circles. Keep it on for about 10-15minutes. For better results use this procedure for about two or three days.  

Next on the list are tomatoes, take about one portion of tomato pulp, about a spoonful. Add a dash of turmeric powder to this tomato pulp; add another portion of lemon juice half a spoon of it. Mix these to make a smooth paste and apply the paste on your eyelids. Keep it o for about 30 minutes and then rinse well. Repeat the procedure for a week or two to see the result.

All you need to do is to mix equal amount of honey and almond oil and apply the mixture on your eyelids and keep it on overnight. Repeat for about a week or two and see the difference.

It is advisable to eat almonds for getting the overall benefit. Immerse about 4-5 almonds and keep overnight, next day grind the almonds and mix with a cup or glass of milk and drink it for about 15-20 days.  

If you constantly complain about puffy eyes, you need to follow the given procedure.

Take a potato and cut out circles of it and place the potato circles on your eyelids. Or you can finely chop the potato and cover your eyelids with chopped potato and keep it on for about 15-20 minutes.  This will have a cooling effect on your eyes and will help you get rid of puffy eyes.

Putting cotton balls soaked in cold milk on your eyelids can also do the trick of doing away with puffy eyes.

You can even add few drops of vitamin E oil in chilled water, soak a cotton swab in this solution and apply or place it in your eyelids. Put it on for about 15-20 minutes; Repeat until you get the desired results.

Other than the above tip, take a break from any activity that you are indulged in to relax your eyes. You can also splash cold water on your eyes, if necessary, to freshen up on a daily basis. In addition, rub your palms together and gently massage or simply place it on your eyes. This technique provides much relief to your tired eyes. With these techniques, if done on a regular basis can minimize dark circles, puffy eyes and other eye related problems. But it is always to good consult your regular physician for serious medical issues related to your eyes.
