Cleanliness in school
School is a place where you learn so many things. It helps you to grow up into a responsible person.
Every day spend a lot of time in school. You learn as well as play. You must help to keep it clean and beautiful.
Things you should do
- Do not throw paper, chalks or any other waste around. Always put them in the dustbin.
- Take care of school property. Chairs, tables, duster, chalk etc., should be used properly.
- Do not write on the walls of the school.
- Never pluck flowers, leaves from the school garden.
- Sharpen your pencil over the dustbin.
*You love your school, do not you? As just as you help at home, you should also help to keep your school clean; it will make you feel good and your teachers will be praise you.
Cleanliness
That is a class room. The teacher was very annoyed with her students. Every day when she came, she found the classroom dirty. Pieces of chalks, waste paper and litter would be thrown around. When she asked who had done it, nobody owned up.
She said, `Children, it is the duty of every member of the family to keep the house clean. Whenever you are naughty and dirty the house, your mother always cleans it up. I do not know who is making the class room dirty, but now I will clean it up.’’
She started to pick up the waste paper, chalk pieces and other litter thrown around. The naughty children, who taught it was fun to dirty the classroom, felt ashamed. They all got up and started helping her. The teacher smiled at them. In no time the classroom was absolutely clean.
Everyone had a smile on their face. Now that classroom is always the cleanest.
