National Integration
In Modern times, when people are fighting on the none of caste, creed, community, sect and other narrow causes, the spirit of national integration ought to be inculcated. It means a sense of love, understanding, adjustment and mutual accommodation among different kinds of people Pt. Nehru has rightly said that India is united in spite of her diversity. This is his greatest discovery; Now everybody realizes it. In the world, the glory of India is recognized. Let us forget our narrow differences and rise to the occasion.
Prevailing Narrowness:
In spite of her rich part and glory, India is losing her ancient culture. The entire society is divided among narrow groups and sections. They are created on the basis of caste creed and colour Provincialism has also become a great obstacle in the path of progress. Communal riots also take place in our society. they break the entire structure of India economy and prosperity. Politicians are fanning them. They create differences and then they exploit them. Under the circumstances the poison among the people is always increasing. It can explode any time.
The Meaning of National Integration:
It is spirit of adjustment among different castes, religions provinces and sects. we all have the some colour of blood. Hindus, Muslims, Christians are the brothers. All religions are bases on the same fundamental ideals like love, brotherhood, humanity, and tolerances. All the peoples of India are Indians. They may be Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, and Christians. If we do not understand the requirement of it, we shall go to dogs. The world is going towards the 21st century we shall to backward. It is the first and foremost duty of every citizen of India to be national minded. Forgetting our mutual difference. We shall have to rise to the occasion.
The Role of Politicians:
It is unfortunate that politicians of today stood to any level to conquer. They are disintegrating society. They are creating differences among the brothers and sisters of society. On the name of religion, they are making their vote bank. Religion is the purest thing in life. Most of Indians are religious and basically Indians. Politicians are creating poison among them. till they change themselves the question of National Integration cannot be solved.
Thus, national Integration is the need of the honour. It is never too late to mend. Enlightened citizens are required for any developed society and democracy Indians have to be tolerant clear-headed and broad minded in order to contribute to India's progress and prosperity. Politicians may be changed, if we change ourselves. The entire country will have to understand the values of National Integration. first, then, will have to follow sincerely. This is the only path of progress and prosperity.
