Apple halwa

Here is the recipe to make the delicious apple halwa...

Ingredients:

• Apple - 4 ( having sour taste)


• Apple - 4 (having sweet taste)


• sugar - 1/4 cup


• cashew nuts - 12 No.s


• milk powder - 2 table spoon


• ghee - 1/4 cup

Preparation:

Remove the skin and seeds of apple and grind it in a mixie.Transfer this to a plate having hard base.Add sugar and mix it by placing it over the stove.When becoming hard,add ghee and mix it again thoroughly.When it is coming loose from the edges of plate,transfer it to a plate touched with ghee.Make the top flat and sprinkle milk powder over it.Decorate it with cahew nuts..

Apple halwa is ready to serve... !!
