Do you believe in the existance of soul?

A few years back I read an interesting book about scientific mysteries, though I can't recollect its title right now. In that book it was quoted that weight of a person before and soon after death vary slightly and the difference in weight is soul, when it leaves the body. Its weight was also given (a few milligrams or so), though I can't remember it correctly.







In all religions, it's told about soul and life after death though they have no scientific explanation. Actually does soul exist?

Yes, we do have a soul. It is something beyond our senses, beyond mind and beyond intellect, without which our senses, mind and intellect will not function. It is indefinable and is beyond time, space and causation.

I am not sure. What I feel Mother Nature provides us certain senses that work for us as long we live in this world and these senses get weaker with the increasing age. The moment they stop working 'the soul' stops working. Give me a reason I have no objection in trusting in a soul theory.

Yes, soul exists, so we have heard..and without any further argument I believe in it. Our soul is very old where was every time we take birth, we get a new body..this is what we have heard and I choose to believe in this theory.

Mousumi Ghosh It is not a confusing answer, thing is I believe even when we do everything right, everything correct, still we face many hurdles for no reason, I feel we must have done something in the past to come across so many problems...this makes me believe in the past life. However, to believe in the existence of rebirth, I need to experience it or hear it from people I know, but there have been research to prove rebirth, but I can't believe in it 100%. - Mousumi Ghosh - 9 years ago

I have never experienced soul. But te fact remains that Tantrk study depends on soul. There are many tantrik performers in burial places. So it appears that sould exists.

Yes soul exist. If your body is hardware, then soul is the software which makes hardware to do the tasks.

am bit confusion regarding this. Some times it looks souls are exist but some times by seeing few programs and articles it seems no souls. Anyway I feel when there is god there will be soul also.
