If I have to give up something, it should be something valuable. In that sense I have nothing to give up, because I don’t own anything valuable other than my body and soul. I don’t want to give up either without any specific cause.

Giving up means ceasing to use something for ever.  I don't give up anything intentionally but it happens that you are no lobger interested in something and so you cease doing that. For example, I have given up watching movie in cinema hall.

If I am Asked to give my personal attributes then, I would prefer giving up my anger and my phobia. It would be for my personal benefit.

However, if i want to help someone very needy and I have any valuable thing to help him/ her then i would serious give my valuables to help someone very needy.

Things I do not require any more but are in good condition those I regularly give away to needy. If you ask me other than materialistic things what I can give away then without a second thought I would like to give away those relationships (relatives and friends) of mine for life who do not hesitate to insult and hurt my dearest ones and me. After doing so it may continue to bother me for some time but sooner of later I will get accustomed to it. This will help me to gain my mental peace.

I am not a hoarder by nature, so i only have essentials with me which I need for my use...So, it will be a very difficult choice indeed to give up anything.

Rather a difficult question because I keep giving away things such as clothes, utensils, books from time and time and do not miss them at all.

I have a sweet tooth. With diabetes running in my genes and myself had gestational diabetes during both my pregnancy. My blood sugar always are on alarming borderline. I have tea without sugar. So many times I tried giving up Gulab Jamun and coconut barfi, but failed. In fact I hog on these sweets. I loose my self control once I see them. I control my sugar and weight by regular walks and yoga. But giving up on sweets and some aloo tikki chat seems near impossible for me.
