how one can calculate Total points earned till date?

what happen to the points earned by us every month , how will we get to know the total points earned by us month on month since we joined this site?

You don't need to count your points. Aggregate points earned by you will automatically appear on your profile page. It is called "Reputation". Those are your total points. Cheers :)

Go to dashboard and below the summary you can see your total points.

The 'reputation' below your image in the profile indicates total number of points. The calculation of points can be seen by clicking 'points' under Dashboard.

The answer is on your profile page where your points are displayed therefore you need not count your points accumulated so far.
