Yes Santosh,They appear in the Google search made by any person. Since we have less question ,their frequency is less now, we will soon get more google search results if we have plenty of quality answers with proper keywords to attract traffic.

We have just started.. when we have many no.of questions and answers.. it will get easily indexed by google crawler and get into the top results for the search with a similar query...
