Yes it is provided you are not investing while the prices have reached already to the peak. Although the prices always appreciate but rate of increment gets slower if you bought it a later stage.

Yes, friends I too think that investing in Real Estate is better option that Gold.
Since investment is always done for better returns with time.
If we review the past numbers, Gold has been almost double since last decade, whereas real estate has made a huge jump of approx. 4-5times the value.
