through put  is the time taken by amount of material or items passing through a system or process.

Turn around time is the time taken for execution between command and output ( gen used in programming)

wait time is the time taken for the response to come or a service to be executed

Response time is the total time taken by to execute and get result.

FOr ex at a restutant : trough put is the time your meal is made, turnaround would be the time waiter took to send order to kitchen till the time your meal came

Wait time is the time you had to wait after you placed the order and reponse time is the total of all the above as soon as you placed the order....hope this made sense!

A Throughput time is number of processes that complete their execution per Time unit. Turn around time is amount of time to execute a particular process. Waiting time is amount of time has been waiting in the ready queue. Response time is amount of time it takes from when a request was submitted until the First response.
