My computer freezes up during normal use. What's the reason?

In my opinion, one of the reasons for freezing of computer is, Opening of too many programmes. The other reason is computer gets heated if the computer runs for a long time. Stop for a while and the computer works normally.

You may have virus on your system.. More dust in the cpu and fan can be also one of the reason.
