Restart and see. If the problem persists, ask the supplier to rectify it.

It depends.. First tell me when it is hangging/freezes up.. If you are trying to load some special software make sure that your computer have all required things, otherwise it can give problems you mentioned.

Even high functioned computer hangs. Some time bigger software with less requirements create such condition. Install software correctly.
