how to run an application automatically without showing at start up screen as well as in task bar after log in? that means completely in hide mode.

Autoexec. Bat will do the needful. But remember it should contain your batch file. That is, first of you should create a batch file. By doing this your application starts up automatically.

If your application has the settings to start up automattically you can use that. Otherwise you have to create a batchfile to run the service.

MAKE A BATCH FILE AND ADD IT IN AUTOEXEC.BAT OR ON WINDOWS BASE MAKE SHORTCUT IN STARTUP SO IT WILL START AUTOMATICALLY..
