every time my IP address remain same or it changes evertime

every time when i check my IP address through this site it says a different IP, what does it means?

There are two types of IP address- Internal and External IP address. Internal IP address is the one which is known to you,user's outside your network does not know about your internal IP address. External IP address is one which is known to the outside world.Everytime you see the different IP address on the website like www.whatismyip.com, is external IP address which kept changing(Dynamic IP address).

Well, your computer's ip address going to never change..But of your internet, it can be either dynamic or static.

When you disconnect and reconnect your computer to a network, it might allocate a new ip address in the network, if your computer has been set up to automatically assign an ip.

One is static IP on your system which remains same other is ip of network card which depend on change based on dynamic and static ip you provided .

IP address is that of the computer. It is a physical address of the computer. That is why it is not likely to change. If you change your computer, then the IP address will also change.

it depends on your ISP. you can have a static or dynamic IP

If your WAN IP is changing means, your internet connection is in dynamic IP. If you want Same IP address everytime, You can get Static IP from your ISP.
