What punishment to be given for any rape? How can we eliminate the rapist from soicety?

Seven years of prison is not enough. A person hang till death. Government need to take some serios action toward such cases.

They must hang on spot.They donot have right live.

I think they should be hanged to death.

Rape is an evil that begins in a sick mind. We need to change upbringing of our children which is possible only when the subject 'sex' is not considered a taboo in our society. However rape is a crime as bad or worse than a murder that should be treated at par with same punishment and that too without making any delay in that.
