In current days, is friends with benefits better than a relationship which is one sided?

What I personally feel is that Friends with Benefits(FWB) is better than a relationship which is one sided until and unless your friendship doesn't get affected by it. FWB also provided you the freedom to try and get into a relationship with a fresh start or more like a new beginning.

The best advice I can give you as a friend is don't be in FWB relationship. It gives you high expectations and at some point of time, it can hurt you too. So better be engage in a serious relationship and date them only to marry and not to have hookups and flings. So be real, be positive
