I guess you are asking about if you love her and she does not- would you leave her in case she wants to leave you or take help of law? I think I will let her take her own way.

Question is not clear. Still, as far as I could understand, I would say, , you mentioned that there is love between a Man and a women. If there is love really, you should help her definitely. Otherwise there is no meaning in 'Love'.

I agree with Usha, love has to be mutual to take some action towards restoring it. If one of the person is not interested, let the person choose what to do next.

If someone seeks your help and you can, you should irrespective of you love or not. Of course, the help should be lawful and not illegal. Some times, help may consist of giving a good and sincere advice or directing to another competent person.
