Solar powered equipments are always been made in a very small scaled prototype.
Only few have been converted into full scaled models.

Mainly due to the limitation of solar energy w.r.t. time & location, it is not used widely.

Water heaters, stree lights etc. are the ones used in rural areas for daily purpose & out of option to electricity.
