Why its too cold in Delhi this year?

I heard this is record cold of 43 years this time in Delhi but what is the reason why it happens that every year in winter the temperature varies

It's snowing more in hills around Delhi that is one of the reasons for the present cold wave in Delhi and surrounding areas. My place which is only 60 km away from Delhi had 0.4 degree C last night. It's expected to be at freezing point tonight because my place is closer to mountains compared to Delhi.

When severe atmospheric violations are there there will be extreme behavior in the regional atmospheric cycles. Owing to this reason Delhi has seen the coldest day after 44 years

Delhi is surrounded by land and there is no water body nearby to exchange the wind. Hence Delhi experience very cold in every winter season. This time winter is very sevier. It may be due to snow fall.

Well, This is same for every place. At my place also temp is too down and surely it varies from last few years.
