I have no reason to believe in their existence because there is no proof ..

In this era, existence of wizards and witches does not make any sense. We love magic because it is a trick. Trick cannot be black or white. It is smartness.

Witch or witchcraft may be unreal but many were killed in Europe in the past for such practice. In India, even now many women are killed for such practice though real cause may be property dispute.

Your question makes me think of black magic. Because there is nothing like magic if you want to do good for yourself or to others. Behaving humanely is the only way out. Witches and wizards never do good to anyone. So, I guess, it's all about black magic again. And why should we 'see' them the way they are shown in films. Even a decent looking man, if he indulges in witchcraft, is a wizard in my eyes.
