The answer is Yes, as every person learn from his/ her experiences in the life, and you don't learn from your mistakes then one has to pay for it........
Every individual at some point of their lives do learn from their experience. Sometimes you learn something only when you do it all by yourself. Self learning has a greater impact on yourself. Not in all my tasks but to an extent I am a self learned person.
