Why do some people keep writing in spite of knowing they cannot write?

I find some article titles funny and wonder how the editors let it pass because the titiles are grammatically wrong, it gives a bad impression of the site.... The writer can be asked to correct and resubmit ...

Those who write have undoubtedly ability to write. Even the best writer needs to constantly improve his capacity. May be there are some who cannot improve despite efforts to satisfaction of others. The pace of improvement may be slow in some cases. All those who continue writing need encouragement. We should not lose any writer- good or bad. Even bad writer may give some very good ideas.

The first thing is that it is the other people who can make out if someone is able to write or not. The person who writes it isn't even aware if the articles written by him are good or not. And another aspect is if one doesn't do the thing he cannot, then when will he do it. There has to be a phase where he will have to go through.

If you ask me, i would say that the more you write, the better you get at writing. So, it is alright for people to continue to write and to get better at it.

Yes I am agree with Gulshanji. We are living in India and mother tongue of most of peoples is other than English. If a person has not command on English and if he/she is trying to write other members of site should help them in improving English. Support them

Probably people are trying to learn and some of them even succeeded in their efforts also.
