Everyone has certain capacity to work. One should try not to accept load in excess of his normal capacity. 


In case of occasionalor seasonal overload,  one should give some extra time and curtail hours on environbment. Then also, he should take some breaks.  If possible, some work may be delegated to others.  Use of smart shortcuts and computer may also enable to do more work in shorter time and easily.

I think marvellous planning will see you through this.Late Bob Woolmer,the earlier coach of South African cricket team once said that he had a plan for every situation.Though he was not able to help the reeboks win the world cup but his words stuck with me.I think there can be a plan for everything.Proper planning will enable you to set priorities and time block for all your activities as well as rest.Of same significance is your desire to follow the plan.
