I used to not any more. Getting up early depends on when a person goes back to sleep at night. If a person is used to sleeping for any reason whatsoever at 1am or 2am cannot be expected to wake up at 6am in the morning. A minimum of 6-8 hours of sleep is a must.

I like to get up early in morning. If I sleep in open than I will woke before 6 a.m. It is proverbs that sun rays of morning is not only sun rays these are gold and person who woke up early in morning can collect these.

As Sanjeev Gupta said above, I too have to get up early in the morning (as it is compulsory for me too). However, I realized that getting up early has many benefits. I can start my day early, work more and therefore, remain active all day long. Getting up late, makes the entire day feel like lazy.

Yes I do as its a compulsion for me as my kids are small and I have to help my wife to get them ready for school. Yes there is advantage you feel fresh when you wake up early in the morning.:)

Yes .. I wake up early in the morning . Because I used to study while I was going to college . And I believe that there is a good grasping power in morning . So to avail that I wake up early in the morning .It is a very very good habbit too

My father used to say, getting up early morning is the sign of positive thinking & the day goes well after a small exercise.

I used to wake up early only till I was in 12th, As soon as got into the College life, I never woke-up early, i mean 6am.
Office days took me back to those school days. :(, which makes my life easy since i have started with a positive mood. But now when I sleep more I get backpain.

It is defnitely a good and healrhy habit to wake up early.I used to do it, go for a walk and spend sometime outdoors before starting on my routine work. Nowadays , early for me is 7 Am since I sleep after mid night and require that much sleep..
