Halitosis is due to several reasons including poor oral hygiene, due to some foods like garlic, alcohol consumption and also due infections in the oral cavity, respiratory and gastrointestinal infections.
Treatment:
Maintain good oral hygiene.
Avoid alcohol consumption, tobacco chewing and smoking.
If it is due to infections then cure of the underlying infection with antibiotic help to cure halitosis also.
