I don't have long list of tips but I have something special to tell.


I have an effective way of loossing weight and you even don't have to go on dieting for it.


Just do this simple exercise:


1. Lay straight on ground.


2. Now raise your both the legs slightly up from the groud


4. Now raise your left leg 70 degree up from the ground without folding it and without touching the right leg to the ground.


5. Keep it there for a second.


6. Return you left leg to the previous position slowly slowly without folding it.


7. Repeat the steps 2-6 for the right leg now.


8. Keep doing it for left-right legs alternatively for ten times a day.


9. You will find it effective within a week.


Note:


1. Aways keep your both legs slightly up from the ground.


2. Keep your legs straight while raising them.


3. Do the exercise slowly slowly.


4. In the beginig 10 times will be painfully, start with your capacity and gradually to ten times.
