I don't like mushrooms. But it is good for health. In rainy season mushrooms are available in bulk.

Mushrooms are a low-calorie food. These are a good source of B vitamins and the essential minerals, Fat and carbohydrate. calorie content is low and there is mo vitamin C.

Mushroom is a low-calorie food, gluten free..gluten free makes it a hypoallergic food suitable for people who are allergic. Although mushroom are cholestrol free they full of vitamin D, packed with essential nutrients and make a healthy food for all age groups.
