Soyabean is supposed to be rich in protein, low in cholesterol and sodium. It also provides dietary fiber, vitamin K, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and copper, and manganese.

Its a legume and contains a very high content of protein and fat. Compared to protein and fat soybean has less carbohydrates. Its protein content is equivalent to Meat

It should be in a range of 30-45 % . However soybean processing can improve the protein content in it.
