Drink a glass of warm water with half a lemon the first thing you get up the in the morning.
Eat a good and healthy breakfast. Make sure your stomach is full. eat foods like chapatis, parathas, idlis, upma etc. Add a fruit or a salad to it.
Eat a slightly lighter lunch which contains one food each from the major food groups such as Carbohydrates, proteins, and Fats. Add another fruit or two to your lunch. Preferably take a glass of buttermilk. Include fibrous vegetables.
Eat a light non-oily snack during tea time. If no such snack is available, eat a whole fruit instead.
Eat a light dinner, preferably two hours before your time to sleep. Do not eat heavy and very spicy and oily foods. Preferably eat more of a salad or soups than the main course items.

Interval training is one of the hottest trends circulating the fitness market,This is done AFTER your workout. You would get the hint from the word "interval" itself. you start with a warm up walk or jog for 4 minutes, then sprint for one minute, then again jog for 4 minutes, and sprint for 1minute. Then slow down and jog for 4 minutes. Finish off with a slow walk FOR ANOTHER 4 mins and a 20 minute stretch.

This is the best and fastest method to lose weight, if you are not satisfied then go for yoga classes! You will automatically lose weight!
Nice question... there are two ways 1) artificial way and 2) natural way
In the artificial way ou can just reduce weight for some period which is not efficient method too. Natural way is best one which consist of Brisk walk either in the morning or evening, running, climibing stairs inside of life. All these ways are good for middle aged people and young people but for old people walking is only adviced.
Taking good nutritious food is also adviced as there is misconcept that eating good calories food may increase weight. But if you dont eat nutritous food and skip breakfast the body will become more fatty which will be sign for obesity.
Taking warm water can also reduces calories and weight which helps you look slim too.There are some natural ways too taking honey and lemon in the morning after brushing can help you. Avoid junk food which are nothing but full of fat and may create someother problems.
Finally if you dont want to excerise or dont have time to excerise just change your diet by eating lightly for dinner and more for breakfast( oats,cornflakes). Maybe this can help you.
Eat 5 times a day …The more you eat for breakfast, the less food you will want to eat at night. Please, don’t skip this meal as you’ll end up devouring everything in sight for the rest of the day. You don’t need to gobble up 5 large meals, just 3 meals of a sensible size and 2 delicious yet low calorie snacks. Eat sensibly so your body doesn’t crave for food. If you treat your body right it won’t demand for more attention!
Use weights …It will help you build muscle and your metabolism rate will increase. You’ll soon see the fat come off and in its place muscle will develop.
We should eating fatty food, fast food and oily food. Eat light food and not more than 3 chapatis in lunch and dinner. Drinking water before lunch and dinner is good.
In morning you have to do 40 to 45 minutes of exercise. You can also do yoga. I did all this and i have reduced my weight.
I used to go for a walk for more than 5 kms.
But, more important is Consistent. whatever precautions you take do it regularly.
The best way to lose weight is by taking care of smallest of the things in our daily life which makes a big difference in our lifestyle.
It may be like avoiding fat foods,being calorie conscious,having a walk for short distance in spite of having a vehicle....these small things will go a long way to make yourself lose weight. or the other way around is taking a time from your daily routine and head for a gym and walk on the treadmill, which will give u a another stress.

What I feel is we should have controlled diet and at the same time have good exercise to burn your calories. Its a bit difficult to control having our favorite foods. So we should have everything what we like but be in limits. For example if you want to have something oily, have it but instead of having 10 have some 5. This will help you

Power yoga increases metabolic rate and burn calories.But it is always prefer to do yoga practice under the guidance of yoga trainer only. You can easily burn 300 calories in session of one hour. Also avoid junk food and heavy meals. Try to have smaller meals 5-6 times in a day instead of taking regular 3 times meal, it enables you to consume less food every time so the less calories.
