I doubt if DMK has any role to play wit regard to film industry, and even if they had their political position wouldnt come in the way of their business strategy ..

Films have nothing to do with the rise and fall of the government. It totally depends upon people's choice. I love watching South Indian movies. There are many people who watch them too. Many remake of those movies are done in Bollywood too. It depends on people's choice.
