I have the same choice as Arunima.... Lata in cabaret songs I missed a lot after listening to Aa Jane Jaa..... Am addicted to Lata songs. Though she is known for soft melodies and romantic numbers, she proved herself to be a wonderful singer singing this particular cabaret. Is Duniya Mein - is yet another popular song of Helen sung by Lata. Yet Aa Jane Jaa is one of the career best songs of Lata. Helen played a supporting role in Woh Kaun Thi, and one less-known duet sung by Mahendra Kapoor and Lata was pictured on Helen and Manoj Kumar - Chodkar Tera Pyar Ka Daman.

Among Asha Bhosle songs, I would prefer to choose O Haseena. Asha sang some songs exceptionally well in the late 1950s and 1960s throughout, though she is best known for her cabarets and other genres of songs in the 1970s.

I always associate Helen with Piya tu ab toh aaja from caravan. Its difficult to imagine her in other dongs, probably because it was a very popular song and hear it all the time.

But my favourite song picturized on her is Mera naam hain chin chin choo. I find it very peppy.

Piya tu ab toh aaja is my first choice and the second favourite is O haseena julfowale. For me, Helen and Asha Bhosle make a terrific combination.
