Both the ladies suited the decade best.... Both have did what audience wanted....Kareena has definitely worked in more movies and with more stars and stayed at top more than 13 years. It's worth appreciation. Earlier till 2000, it was not at all possible for a heroine to stay more than 10 years and her career will end before she reaches 30. Now ladies are more beauty conscious too and ladies 30+ are being paired with younger heroes to give them a fresh look. 30+ ladies are more established .... really a positive wave in Bollywood. earlier it was only the monopoly of men. - Sandhya Rani - 10 years ago |

| Sandhya, its not only the question of beauty but how confidently they portrayed their persona, or their true self. When Karishma was the heroine, it was the time of typical movies where heroes were most important and the plot and all other characters revolved around them.
