Has Indian political structure seen a downward trend as claimed by the opposition parties ?

I believe that Indian politicians are not a matured lot. In India, Every political parties are more interested in downgrading the other parties rather than offering something constructive. We don't find much difference between them. Every parties have politicians with criminal background, every parties have some members flaunting their VIP status or those indulging in hooliganism etc. So, we can't agree to the claim of opposition that the political structure has seen a downward trend.

I totally agree with you . We have noticed that downgrading of political structure in last decade and it is quite noticeable. It has stooped to a new low and each time you think that this is the lowest that they can stoop to, they shock you with another one. And no party can be spared. I also feel that it is the same across the Globe though it is more profound here. I feel lobbying by media, fake news circulation and headline management add fuel to it. In fact there are professional hired to do that. So each party has a hired paid team be it in media or elsewhere who just have the job f maligning other party, twisting the facts and misleading people.
