Decoration of lights at home.
Introduction:
Lighting is an important equipment to decorate a house. The beauty of colour will not focus if there is no light in your house. So there is a great relation between colour and light in a house. Lighting also depend upon the size and interior decoration also.
Different type of lights increase the attraction of a house. If it will natural then ,adds a another look and makes the room more versatile. Natural colour also has some importance in matching with light. If the roof of the house is brick texture then it will be better to use the yellow or bright white shade. Otherwise the beauty will be less. In light coloured room, blue or light orrange coloured light may be used.
Now a days different types of light are used in window or door in a house. In this case the use of light should be contemporary. Lighting of bed room depend on individual choice. It may be drome light or cylindrical light or hanging lamp.Antic bulb light can be used to highlight the wallpaper design on the head board of your house. In that case the colour of the bed cover and other curtain colour should be matched. The lighting also should be changed with the change of weather. In winter the bright light bulb well but in summer deem light gets more comfortable.
Previously said that the beauty of light depend upon the size of that room or house. In high selling room traditional lamp shed will fit but in contemporary room the use of small light will be perfect.
Living Room:
Living room is such a place which control the mood of that house. So the light of living room should be perfect matching. In wooden structural room the brightness of light make a good combination between clay art and folk art. Brick red coloured lighting is perfect to maintain the decoration of dinning hall and in this case the colour of chair cover and curtain may be dark in colour. Light old age lighting like Romanian lamp shed, Italian drome light can be used .The colour of wall should be light. If you use rustic art in dinning hall then use natural colour light as much as possible. Traditional chair and table will increase the show more and more artistic. Traditional flower vase and other necessities can be used. Lighting will be more glamorous with tribal printed table cloth. Deep colour floor tiles will help to play the light more attractive. Other colours depend upon upon on your choice. It may be copper colour or reddish also.
The atmosphere of the house is also maintained with the light. If you want to relax but not in dark then deem light may be used. It will not disturb your eyes.
Study Room:
The children's room may be decorated with some handmade lamp shed or with some funny light. The light of study room must be bright. No other light should be used in time of study. Otherwise it will affect to the eyes.
Kitchen:
Kitchen is the main place of a home and a place where food is made. Light plays an important role here. So the kitchen lights should be comfortable to see the all items carefully.
Bathroom and Toilet:
You can use less light in bathroom or in toilet . maximum time the door of this remains closed ,so no need of brightness there.
So the entire concept will depend upon on your individual choice. It also varies with the economic budgets also. And budget also depends upon in which type of house you are staying. If it is self house you can spend something more . But if it is rented then you have to take permission from owner to fit some decorative lights.
Lighting play an important role in various traditional ceremonies of your house. Birthday lights differ from marriage ceremony. Again party lights should be different from the lighting of house. string lights are used in Diwali or x-mass day to decorate the outer part of house.

There are two types of lighting-General lighting and artificial lighting. We are discussing about artificial lighting. A good and proper plan of lighting increase the beauty according to the situation and time.
Some tips before doing it:
prepare a sketch of house or room and probable position of fitting.
Now plan the type of light to be fitted .
Follow some rules. like permission of authorities, voltage capacity etc.
Take advice of an expert (light designer) and also discuss with other members of house.
Then prepare a budget and take decision according to the finance.
keep also in mind the matter of energy savings.Now automatic lighting control device is available to minimise the energy.
In one side we are the creatures of it and we are the user. From beginning to end without light every thing is dark. Previously there was no such lights for decoration. Then the houses were built to get a natural light effects in day time and at night candle or oil lamps were used. But then there was the concept of decoration . We can see still now those creation in many places. But now the concept has been changed and artificial light came. We are planning and using those in most buildings.

So decoration of lighting can make a big difference in how the family members feel about their house. The comfortable lighting helps all the family members to perform their tasks easily and happily. It also allows all to enjoy together and maintain peace at home. Lighting add beauty of home also. It helps to entertain and to feel relax after a whole day work. It also enlarged the colourness and beauty of other furniture and fixtures.
So decorate house with proper lightening and plan to live. This may be some little expensive but nothing compared to peace and comfortable staying. Have a sweet home with the proper decoration of lights.
