Many people want to be rich. They remain poor. There should be some difference between the rich and the poor. From individuals to the state wants money. Rich and wealthy people have the correct mind set. Rich people innovate in their life style. Since stone ages and today, economists from Adam Smith to Amartya Sen, have utilized their mind, in garnering knowledge about proper utilization of money. Rich people control their life with proper utilization of the economy of knowledge. Rich people think and focus on opportunities and play the respectable money game to win. After various evolutions, two modern financial theories evolved in twentieth century’s. Those two are welfare and market economies. Rich people pay more taxes. Government hangs out popular welfare schemes for the poor from this tax money. In the twentieth century, the erstwhile Soviet Union, China and some Latin American countries adopted socialistic economies in the name of welfare of the masses. Socialistic countries support wealth redistribution schemes. They dump all the other economic schemes. The sad part of it is that despite all these people oriented school of thought. In the long history of human civilization, Robin Hood had successfully achieved equal redistribution of wealth. But, then again, he is legend.

On the other hand, those who oppose equal redistribution theory or trusty theories have some valid points. Rich will invest money in businesses. That will create more jobs and employment. That can drive out poverty. Business creates jobs. Jobs to remove poverty. It creates discipline. Rich men become philanthropic. They want to remove poverty. Is this cruel capitalism or simply business logic? Rich pays more taxes than earlier times. Middle classes pay fewer taxes. The rate of poverty is on the higher side. As rich pay higher taxes and multiple taxes, they tend to expand their business in decelerated manner. They go for automated maximizations. They remove people and introduce machines. Productivity goes on higher side and they attend zero time lags in production. The cost of production becomes low. This increases their wealth and they become wealthier. On the other hand, due to unemployment more and more people have to, live with abject poverty. This is wasting hundreds of years of the progressive movement since the days of the industrial revolution. The populist rhetoric is introduced by the government of the day through various welfare schemes, wasting vast array of tax payer’s money in numerous so called welfare schemes. Rich pays higher taxes. In order to survive from loss, they tend to remove part of their industrial workers and replace them with modern machineries. In the long run, this has a damaging impact on the total health of the country.  According to Daniel Bell, “Such theories have the obvious ideological mission of demonstrating, to their own relief, that the new social formation in question no longer obeys the laws of classical capitalism, namely, the primacy of industrial production and the omnipresence of class struggle.”

Now, due to advent of populist measures from various corrupt governments all over the world to garner their vote through distribution of money from taxpaying citizens, the indirect impact of it is that slowly tax payers are searching for newer alternatives in order to maximize their financial health. Ernest Mendel in his book “Late Capitalism” advocates on the factors of the purest form of capitalism with an implicitly or explicitly political stance in favor of industrialists. George Bush was doing similar; he had raised upper classes of taxes and on the same time give them proper deductions after observing certain welfare measures. Narendra Modi, Gujarat chief minister also doing the similar policies. He is giving away lands to private enterprises; on the other hand they had to develop welfare measures in order to avoid heavy fines. When a private hospital wants to build a hospital at a government land, he gives them and nearer to the government hospital on the condition of developing and attaining government hospitals. They create a force field in which different kind of enterprises grows with healthy competition. In this manner government hospitals are now more modern and the government does not have to worry about its financial constraints. Raymond Williams had usefully termed “residual” and “emergent” forms of industrial production. This will create competitions among themselves and this reduces the cost factor and introduces the welfare measure.

Trickle down economics:

Some criticize “late Capitalism” theories. They say the rich do not cast their votes. Poor cast their vote regularly. Poor joins social issues like flag-burning, stem cell research and abortions to drive numbers of poor people. Rich people are benefitted through these researches immensely. We are slowly moving towards earning handsomely instead of proper need. My parents say in their childhood time, only want of theirs are the transistor set. The enjoyment factor comes with eating foods and travelling. There are radical distinctions of these two approaches with genuine dialectical moral judgments. The essential triviality when juxtaposed for active political groups, attempts conceptualizes in terms of indignant moral denunciation must finally identify as a category mistake. Rich people are not old alien invaders. Hegel proposes collective social values and practices. Marx in the Manifesto demonstrated dialectical way to think historical development and change. The critical distance between the rich and the poor has been increased with overtly political interventions. In the ginning of the twentieth century, capitalist economies surfaced in US, UK, Australia, Western European countries and Asia. These economies stand upon pre-capitalist enclaves with certain authenticity following a classic original interpretative expansion of capitalism around the globe. It created a totaling space of the new world system.

Lukacs and Brecht in the distinct moments of realism and modernism recalls, “the conception of space that has been developed here suggests that a model of political culture appropriate to our own situation will necessarily have to raise spatial issues as its fundamental organizing concern. I will therefore provisionally define the aesthetic of this new (and hypothetical) cultural form as an aesthetic of cognitive mapping.”

During the end of the twentieth century, most of prominent socialistic economies broke down. Countries like China, adopted capitalistic economies with small modifications to survive in stiff competitive world. It changes the spending pattern of people. Countries like India, which in an earlier stage adopted mixed economy, which otherwise is called closed economies. Since early 90s India opened its immense potential market to foreign investors and this led to mass increase of spending capacity. It is unimaginable that this huge country which has probably a prosperous middle class wants to stay with development.

Althusserian concept:

This leads to “Althusserian concept”. It deals with geographical consent in terms of psychological issues. It gives rise to the idea of a good economy with increasing cognitive content of individuals. It assimilates national ambitions into international understandings. The educated earn more; their personal financial behavior gives significant chunks of money and happiness. Moving from poverty to middle class. Soviet Union ceases to exist as it failed to meet hopes and aspirations of people. The food scarcity of the Soviet Union was so deep and dangerous that could be understood from this short story. One foreigner reached at one home of the erstwhile Soviet Union and knocked the door. After some time a boy of age six came out. The foreigner asked where his parents were. His father was at the moon, and his mother was in a row, where free foods were distributing by government run agencies.

China advocates itself socialistic country and boasts itself that it survives despite falling off big communist countries in the end of the twentieth century. In the recent reports granddaughter of Mao-tse-Tung has amassed plenty of wealth. Even supporters of China are now criticizing of its straight forward market oriented capitalistic economies. Here, society is functioning in a manner to reach to capitalist growths.  Neo-middle classes of India and China are now getting more and more knowledge and exposure and earn high to jump the barricade to the moneyed class. That is why. Each year the number of millions in these countries is on the higher side. This leads to increase of purchasing capacity. Socialistic economics are against dynamitist politics. In North Korea, this is happenings. In this manner, the basic tenets of a strong and vibrant power people are smart decreasing. Marx is told that in capitalistic countries, social revolutions will happen due to mass imbalance of wealth. This is not proving completely wrong and slowly socialistic countries are turning towards capitalist economies. The rise of the private sector and cheap money power and distribution of lands to multinational companies at smaller prices leads to degrading of shared values.

On the other hand capitalist countries are facing stiff economic crisis. Rise in unemployment, continuous fuel price hike and price rise of essential commodities leads to dissatisfaction among citizens. Countless popular country heads were driven out of power. In last one year country head of Italy, France and UK have been removed through elections. Advent of corruption and increase price rise and lack of overall employment spreads dissatisfaction among youths. Economic depression spreads rapidly in these capitalistic economies. People are unable to pay installments of home loans. This leads them to the homeless. People are constantly running stiff economic stress. People movement was against various dictators of West Asia and Arab countries. This shows people want money and food.

In countries like India, corruption is increasing inflation and price of essential commodities. Growth rate is slacking and industrial output in negative trends. People want money. It gives them freedom and choices. When political establishments failed to control inflations and corruption people tend to feel isolated in their private domains. People want to cover their basic expenses and want to buy more and more luxury items for their need. They are not working for their pay check. They want to earn handsomely. In the same time they want from the market viable spending options. Due to pro-poor policies, many big companies are shutting doors. Plenty of unemployment are surfacing. The government cannot fool them for a lifetime. They want to earn more so that they can expense their money for luxury buying. Government cannot give money for their luxury. The government is unable to produce adequate employment.  People are worried about monopolies in the market sector. In the coastal city of Orissa, Puri, most of luxury items are duplicated. Business persons are purchasing exact duplicates from Kolkata market. People are complaining. There is no action of concerned governmental food industries.

Devil’s advocate- why money is not important:

Anybody saying money is not important is considered to be lunatic. Then the question arises why money is not worthy? During super cyclone in coastal districts of Odisha, many buildings and industries were swept away with astronomical tides. Millionaires become popper within seconds. They could find basic amenities like water, food and shelter. Here importance of goods and services and proper distribution management holds the key. People want that government of the day should behave in the genteel justified manner to help people. Money is not your life. It has become significant as numerous business runs with it. One should not be utterly dependent with want of money. There was a time when people do not want to sell gold. Awaited to rise of essential commodities. Salaries of Member of Parliament and state legislative assemblies are on the rise. This shows the stresses of price rise. Money should be discussed in every household. One should not over rely on it. Capitalism creates vibrant economy. It creates corruption and malpractices. Why money is not principal, one can fetch good amount of lesson from this true story.

One medical research company director found one brilliant composition, of a life saver drug. He sends that drug to market. Within a few days it became popular and he incurred huge profits. One day he thought of making superfluous duplicates of the unchanged drug. He sent duplicate drugs along with imaginative life saver drug to market. Slowly, the drug became unpopular. One day his son was in a severe health problem. Doctors prescribed the same drug and he ate but died after that. It was soon found that he had taken the duplicate version of the same drug. What these stories imply us? Money is not important.

Another story is a popular one which shows why one should not always run after money. A king was there, who always wants to increase his wealth. One day, he got the blessings of turning anything to gold after a touch of him. He was delighted and touches whatever to receive it as gold. Then, he sat to eat something and when he touched his food with the hand. That became gold and he could not eat and stay hungry. First sign of worry appeared on him. He was sitting in his lounge when, his little child came running towards him and sat on his lap. Within seconds, she turned into a doll made of gold. Money is not essential though it is a necessity.

Power corrupts people:

Year after year money is the sole cause of discontentment among families. Families in feud over it. World wars had been fought among nations owing to pecuniary matters. Afghanistan and Iraq war fought over black diamond. Black diamond is natural gas. Afghanistan is rich in uranium. Money gives way to power. Power corrupts people. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. People become boastful. You can have a beautiful mansion with the money you have.  Can anyone fetch the real peace and a good family life with his richness? He can buy any food and can go to an expensive restaurant but owing to ill health he had to revert to balance the diet. Money is not important. Health is wealth. Smart money management is the order of the day. Consider beyond and think about tomorrow.

The Monkeysphere:

Selfishness attitude should not be there. Richness belongs to time.  Big moneyed people from all around the world are helping needy. Bill Gates and Warren Buffet are spending a huge sum of money for philanthropic causes. Some industrialists of India want to do similar philanthropic works. Owing to large scale red tapping and corruption within the bureaucracy the whole idea of trusteeship of this nation is slowly not working at all. It shows that human character is important in restricting the shuttle spread of money. Humans should always be pure in their heart and should not be indulged in any corrupt practices. Corruption leads to incur of unwanted money and that can be single most dangerous part of human civilization as it can lead to rising in prices owing to the advent of fresh money. Humans have changed little for over one thousand years. Their attitudes remain the same and the way they wanted to build their happiness and other factors of identical glories is overridden with corrupt unethical practices. It is not easy to cater money. It is not like collecting fables from the sand under the sea.

Rich hates the poor and poor blames unhealthy for their conditions. A covert understanding of seriousness is not there. One should show how to build an industry amidst the conditions of an opposite. One must try hard to find the solution to remove the poverty. According to some of the most prominent economists, only corruptible cannot remove all its miseries. The wealthy should be there to help them out of their conditions. Here, aiding money is not the permanent solutions for the eradication of poverty. Sometimes it does feel that humans are not simply designated to stay in the society of millions. That is why the competitiveness of brilliance begins and in this net of competitions the person who garners plenty of money tends to survive from this with colossal success. We were a bit apprehensive about strangers and for this try our approach to work hard on making the entire society more prone to inequality. We know the only difference among ourselves can be the money and societal status. We can build a fair amount of societal status with plenty of money. Here comes the virtual prominence of money. With it comes the so called brilliant method to garner plenty of money. This leads to plenty of money and inequality among humans and this gives the immeasurable pleasure to people who naturally feel insane in front of some sort of equal characteristics of people. Have you ever seen David Wong’s article about money-spinner, which implies exactly matching characteristics of humans and what causes them to earn more money in what so ever manner? We are fast becoming slaves within our genes.

Some people get stressed after failed attempts to earn significant money, by playing fruit ninja games on their Android devices. Some relieve the stress by playing Serious Sam game and cutting across the unidentifiable enemies in this first person shooter game. During morning jogging, I have seen how the street dogs share the location and when a dog from outside reason happens to enter into their region, how they shout and drive them out of that region. As humans we happened to behave in smarter and purist manner, but it is not that so, we tend to go for this and try to enter into these vague competitions of getting money and becoming rich. In ancient Sanskrit hymns it has been stressed that one gets the real peace when he enters into his inner self and finds the tangible happiness there. Money can be the ever ending entangled puzzle which humans should not be trapped them into it. Humans are social animals and the key to their survival is to build a better society. The worst effect within such societal life is that humans tend to make the ladder of positions and for this those who follow corrupt practices seem to have the upper hand in climbing those stiff bridges. It is not in our nature to destroy ourselves; only mad people could do such. It is our nature to stop others from riding into bull race and this the easiest part is to earn plenty of money and spend as much as you can. For this money becomes the sole motive for such related mind oriented people.

There are exceptions to this, from leaders like father of nation, Nelson Mandela and Abraham Lincoln. They can make examples by giving away all the money they had and also they gave all their happiness and smiles for the betterments of millions. For them, smiles of the poor and the downtrodden were the colossal money. They did not care for money at all in all their lives. They were not after money. From above their money becomes obscure, null and void. Some people may laugh at them but they have found their genuine passion and money from their work and the smiles of poor. We should be to learn from these great leaders. They were not slaves in the hands of money. They did not care about their existence.

Pack social creatures:

We are packed social creature since our birth. We tend to be familiar with a limited number of people and for this we tend to feel odd at the existence of others. This leads to some sort of schizophrenic reactions towards others.  Since, childhood we are very much comfortable with money. As we know it, we can buy chocolates.  It is as simple as that. We are turning into a caveman with money in our hand. We tend to ignore and forget all the strangers. This has become a sheer insane attitude from where it seems that we have been carried over all throughout with money powers. We are performing the miracle in these little caveman sphere with our reasoning power. Think about when we ditch money and come out from the strange phobia then each person has the ability to be a complete person. In that situation, how the whole world can be turned into a state of extreme paradise. A famous philosopher once told. Humans are born evil and selfish. It is subject for enthusiastic scale discussion. For a thousand years, various water flow through rivers, but still we want to live on our own and try to control all our aspects of living. We are acting like matrices (viruses). As a welfare state, there are no permanent statistics to measure poverty in India. Public distribution system has few lacunas. It is meant for needy and downtrodden. It is marred by corruption and red tapping. Foods reach into hands of middlemen instead of poor. Corruptions and red-tappism are slowing everything down. Foods meant for poor goes into hands of the affluent. It has been estimated over 25 lakhs of crores of black money is in overseas banks. It is making Indians poorer. Government of the days should pacify the process to block this black money and bring it back to India. Price rise is making people poorer. Government should limit inflation of essential commodities so that people can live without fear.

Special area development project (SADP):

Orissa is a feeble state. The KBK region is poorer. It has been widely advertised all over the world. Monetary help comes pouring into these regions and countless so called non governmental organizations in the name of progress receives money and tax exemption, but they do little field work there. In these years of aids received from World Bank, international financial institutions, state and central government. The way of life of tribals remains the same as before. Now the question arises out of it, where all the money vanished? State government introduced Special Area Development Project (SADP) at KBK backward region of Orissa. Still, there are no benefits to its neighboring tribe. There are voluminous inaccessible regions in KBK regions. There are no roads, police stations and other governmental officers in these far flung inaccessible areas. Some separatists and politicians are demanding a separate state had in front of the central government. They are saying that this region has huge fiscal prospects. Yet locals are not benefitting from these developments.

The state government is demanding a special state status from central government. It is dealing with minimizing of loans and other financial debts. All these reach into the state of financial management. Former Prime Minister Vajpayee stresses on the need for the development of infrastructure. Federal highways near to the capital city are turning from four lanes to six lanes.  There are various skies touching building in and around the capital city. The tribe of KBK regions had to live with eating leaves and small insects. For them, money is like some extra paper or metal. For the last 50 years, five year plans done by planning commissions powerless to make the state a developed one.

Orissa is rich in minerals. Half of people in this state are sleeping with hunger. The royalties from mineral resources are being minimized day to day and that is hurting the state the most. Central government is advocating for food security bill to give food to starving people. There are numerous policies in the past, but most of the times all these policies flopped. People remain poor and hungry. Though of late, there has been less death due to hunger. Still malnourishment and other essential lifelines need to be taken care of.  Orissa is second in the rank of the hungriest state. It is a shame that a state with a long coast line and plenty of water and mineral resources has to stay hungry for half of a time of the day. When one people sleep in the night another one stays awake due to hunger. Here money does not matter. Money is not the answer to everything. Four percentages of people of Orissa are still thrusting. It is a covert famine. This percentage goes to higher side in tribal regions. Money is flowing like water to these underdeveloped regions. Selfishness is surrounding all over into the masses. The tax payer’s money is driven into personal bank accounts of influential people. Where is the money?
