We live in a era where thinking levels of an average person has gone by leaps and bounds.  Earlier a person was merely a labourer or a clerk or a businessman or a student.  Now everybody from student to labourer to employee are not merely content with their expected roles in their respective areas.  All of them are very good thinkers and they have knowledge of the world and exceptional understanding levels  Yet when to big corporate companies and their policies they lack basic courtesies while dealing with people.

Tele Callers and recorded Promotional Calls:-  Telecallers do not bother to find out what time is the appropriate time to call a person.  When you are in a serious conversation with somebody a telecaller calls you.  You obviously shout back at him but that does not stop him from calling another person anytime.  If telecallers spoil your day recorded calls are even worse.  Many a time you get a recorded promotional call or caller tune when you are deep sleep.  There are many who struggle to get up early morning when they are enjoying sleep and one could imagine the state of mind of a person forcibly woken through a promotional recorded call.

Caller Tunes:- At workplace you are designated a very important job of reconciling a years accounts at a very short notice.  When you have successfully motivated your mind to concentrate sharply stay focused to complete the tedious task on time, you are put of out that mode through a caller tune.  In the middle of a top level meeting too when you are not even authorized to attend family callers a caller tune interrupts you like nothing else.  When you are searching for something in an emergency, or when you are in a hurry to reach the railway station, caller tunes ensure that they add up to the tension.

Eventhough one feels irritated by telecallers, they cannot be blamed as they are under instructions from their employers many of whom are big corporate companies. It is a known fact that  big corporate companies conduct periodic trainings to upgrade employees skills to improve communication skills to improve  customer service levels so that the company can prosper and yet knowingly or unknowingly sometimes by going overboard they cause  inconvenience to people  at the same time.

The task of serving customers is done to perfection by big corporate companies when one is directly transacting with them over phone or in person. However they over compensate the good service they are doing by giving nightmares to people in the form of promotional calls.  It is high time big corporate companies make a note of inconvenience they cause to people and make a conscious to correct their mistakes.
