Customize ur drives and thus make ur computer unique & beautiful..
Go to the drive where U want to set ur wallpaper
Open a notepad in the drive.
Copy the following code & paste it to the notepad

NB:[Instead of image path, add the address of the wallpaper. Eg:- C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\image.jpg]
Then save this notepad as desktop.ini
You have done it.
Now when you open your drive, you will see that wallpaper for your drive !!
