Real Time Systems
While studying Software engineering we must know about the Real Time Systems.
First we know that what is Real Time Systems?
Real Time System perform computations within the fixed time intervals.The computations involves in sensing and controlling the external devices attached to the system.
This is also a software system where the correct funtioning of the system depends on the result produced by the given system and by the time at which the results are produced.
The Real Time systems can be classified into
1.Soft Real Time System
2.Hard Real Time System
1.Soft Real Time System :
It is defined as that a system whose operation is degarded if the results are not produced according to the specified timing requirements.
2.Hard Real Time System :
It is defined as that whose system operation is incorrect if results are not produced according to th etiming specifications.
Hard Real Time System is just opposite to Soft Real Time Systems.
