The mobile gas central modular born 8 workstations based on the need for training of human talent that companies today require dedicated to the work of welding, metal cutting and heat treatment of weldments.

This new educational tool for teaching the oxyacetylene torch is the answer to a need to train our youth in any environment where we do not have all the elements and equipment.

This team already tested and put into operation with 30 students with excellent results where the work is done with the same parameters as the same base material and filler and the same pressure.

In workplaces where jobs require different pressures we must only add to this equipment in the coupling to the hose low pressure regulator for this purpose.

This central mobile and modular gas has been constructed for 8 jobs in threaded galvanized pipe and it works perfectly but is a team with multiple ways to improve it, can be constructed in stainless steel pipe, carbon steel pipe is welded and can be installed independent low-pressure regulators at each exit, we could build a plant for gas: 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 or 1 position only according to business necessity.

1. Carrotransporte with 2 wheels to give movement to the desired site developed in 1 and ½ pipe and ¼ sheet iron.
2. Tool Box: Included in the transport truck rolled iron built in ¼ "to save the whole team disarmed with their respective lock.
3. Oxygen cylinder with its own heavy duty regulator to feed their atrapallamas the distribution of oxygen identified with the color green.
4. Acetylene cylinder with the regulator and its kind of heavy atrapallamas to feed the distribution of acetylene identified with the color red.
5. Distribution networks: one for oxygen and one for acetylene properly identified and with different threads to couple the respective hoses, hose couplings for oxygen are threaded right and hose fittings for acetylene are threaded left by safety standard .
6. Duplex for high pressure hoses are 8 pairs of oxygen and acetylene hose with a maximum length of 6m.
7. Mango Mixer with their respective one-way valves, one for oxygen and one for acetylene.
8. Flame cutting torches mixer coupled to the handle with their respective nozzle.
9. Coupling and nozzles for welding or heat as the job in hand.
10. Bank and desk work for oxyfuel, oxyacetylene burning or welding.
11. Masks friction and lighter to start the computer safely.
12. Smaller tools: screwdriver blade, pliers, wrench for multiple oxyacetylene equipment, key to expanding others.
