Laziness:

Every human will have a sort of laziness in any of their daily activity. It might be any sort of an activity, either big one or even a small speck of an activity. I do not want to blame people for their laziness. It is an intention that we behave lazy but there might be some unknown reason for our laziness for an activity. We might not have interest in doing that activity or we might have some dislike over the results. We might be fed up with repeating the activity many times. We might not be happy with the results of some activity. There might be some reason for our laziness over some activity. 

Laziness in small activities might not be a big problem. When it comes to continue in important business matters or activities of education then there might be drastic effect over our progress and name in the society. Just consider a simple example where a teacher gets lazy getting up early every morning then she has to go late to school every day. May be for a few days she might escape from the authorities but when she gets caught by the authorities then she has to face a serious problem. She might also lose her job. That was just an example but consider the case where it happens in real life. This kind of situations happens in every body’s life.

But how many people think about changing this habit and getting more productive. They are actually very few. People who wanted to be successful in their social life will always want to become role models. They will try to improve themselves in every activity of life so that they become great inspirations for others also. How do they find strategies for their life? The most successful and well tested way is to try out theories which have been told by people. 

Practice is the only solution:

When it comes to laziness the most suitable solutions is true practice of the activity which makes you feel lethargic. First of all find out the activity which makes you lag behind progress. It can only be analyzed by you. There might be some complaints from your friends or other higher authorities about the fall all down in practice. You must take it as a signal to get alarmed. Then you must analyze the reason behind your laziness over that activity.

After finding out the activity, make an experiment to find out what alternatives can be followed to improve you over that activity. Try to note down the causes behind the lagging. Write it down so that you never forget the reasons. 

Then try out some alternative plan over that activity so that you are able to improve the progress of the activity. Also write down the progress that you made and also the strategy that you used.

Thus keep researching yourself and find out all possible strategies that you can make use of to improve the progress. Then apply the strategy and also make it a practice to visualize the progress that you make. Make yourself feel happy over the progress that you make. Then you will be very successful. Thus practice is the key for improvement over laziness.
