Placements have become today's world issue.Youngster are becoming more conscious towards it.Most of us are doing hardwork to opt for a good college which have 100% placement.So what exactly is the placement?
Well in this second highest population country after china the rate of unemployed people are raising day to day. So to make people employed the colleges has started the placement system so that people got employed .Colleges call renowned companies and asked them to hire the best out of best students from our company on the basis of their hard work ,their stamina,their personality etc.
What matters for placement? To have placement in good company there are few points which must be there in student.
1. He/she should have a sound knowledge of the subject in which the recruiter is recruting a canditate.
2.One should have good communication skills so that in uncertain situation for eg if the boss has to go for an urgent work then the employee under boss can take dependency.
3. Personality matters a lot you should have a pleasing personality which is required in this fast running world.
4.Today company wants the best out of best so they are becoming choosy .They demand for those who dont have a good sense of humour but infact an excellent sense of humour.
SO if these steps can be implemented in systematic way you will not fail in getting any kind of placement.
Your speed matters a lot . Suppose if a company gives you a chance to prove your skills in 15 minutes if you have that speed and skills you will got your deserving place in the company.Failure is not a fatal .One should have a courage for success which counts.
Most of us feels that its impossible to have placed in good company. But if we are optimistic then we alsways hope to be placed in a good company.A fact that our desires are unpredictable and to make it predictable one should be optimistic ,hard working and courageous.Even i can give you the example of my own friend who is doing engineering always used to be optimistic in all the paths of life .His mother and father both had been retired and we all know that it becomes really difficult to run the house in such condition.The boy (my friend ) always got hurt while seeing his financial crisis in his home but didnt lose hope. Due to recession no company came in his college for placing students.The after this he starts searching off campus jobs .But in offcampus many of the companies are offering him upto 5,000 per month only which he dont deserve because he is quite intellectual.But he took that job and after 6 months that company offering him 2,00,000 rupees permonth because of his caliber and intellectual power .He has changed the company scenario records i. e to make a company from bottom to the top is just an impossible dream which he has fulfilled in his own way.
SO CONCLUSION IS THAT IF WE DIDN'T GET PLACEMENT THEN ALSO WE MUST BE OPTIMISTIC .A MAN HAVING REAL DREAMS,CALIBER ,HARD WORK AND COURAGE CAN MAKE HIS OWN PATH OF SUCCESS BY HIS OWN ALSO.
