Vedic Mathematics, What is it?

Vedic Mathematics is a name given to ancient mathematic System. It has its origin in India. It has some magical tricks, by usingwhich you can calculate at at calculators speed, And  that too without using Pen & Paper.

Cant believe me?

Try to calculate. 45² (45*45). Of coure you can do this, but note the time you take for this.

Now lets see how we can do this by using Vedic Mathematic's Simple trick.

The formula is called 'By one More than The One Before'

45² means 45 *45

The answer is always in two parts, that is  'X' &'Y' =XY

Now always remember that second part will be always 25(that is Y=25 always).

Now about the first part. Take the first digit of first number, which is 4, & multiply it by 'one more' which is 5 (4+1=5), result is 20. This is your first Part of answer.

Now combine the two parts, that is 20 & 25- we get 45²=2025.

Isn't it simple-

Lets try an example

55*55=first part=5*6=30& second part=25(fixed) answer=3025

105*105=first part=10*11=110 & 25 Anwer=11025

The above method is used for calculating ths square of numbers ending in '5'

These type of tricks can be very usefull when appearing for enterance exam, where you need to do tough calculation & you dont have much time to perform calculations.
