Every one wants to find a job in a big and reputed organization. Personal interviews are an important part of selection process at various jobs. Now interview is changing very rapidly. Now telephonic interview and video conferencing interview is also in existence which saves money as well as time. Here are some tips and some important questions for an interview in this article.

Tips to be the favorite in interview :-

• Never try to follow expert – In many cases candidates try to get phone number and address of the member of interview panel. Such practice creates very bad impression about the candidates.
• Collect information about organization. – The interview board expects that the candidate should know about work area andorganization. Such information may be collected by Internet, friends or by other means.
• Prepare documents carefully. – The candidate should have original as well as attested copies of educational and experience certificates, bio data and call letter of interview in a attractive file folder. The interviewee should keep the documents with file folder on their lap only and one should not offer the documents until it is demanded.

Type of questions in a interview :-Some uncomfortable questions - some times interviewers asked some questions where some candidate is very uncomfortable like –

• Why you left your previous job?
• Why you not learned to drive a car till now? etc.

• How much salary do you expect? -   Answer this question wisely.
• Why do you want to join organization? – To answer this question one should say that I am willing to be part of such a growing organization.
• What special you have done to improve your knowledge in the last year? – Here one should try to tell the activities performed related to the job such as training program, work shop etc.
• Why should we hire you? – One should give positive reason and try to compare with other candidates.
