Why MBA
Every Year more than 2 lakh aspirants appear for various MBA entrance exams like CAT, XAT, SNAP, IIFT, FMS etc. The dream is to make it into the top tier B-Schools in India like IIMs, XLRI, FMS-DU, S.P. Jain, MDI etc. The aspirants include people from all educational backgrounds like Engineers, Arts and Commerce graduates and even Doctors. These people come from some of the topmost Graduate colleges of India like IITs, NIITs, Xaviers, Hansraj, CMC Vellore and many more such big names. A big chunk of B-School batch is made of people who have work-experience in some very big names of India Inc like TATAS, Reliance, Infosys and Wipro, TCS and Global giants like Samsung, LG, and I.B.M etc.

Even the people of your batch and your junior batch combined will also get placed in good companies. Studying in a good B-School opens lot of areas for you. Adventurous people can get sponsorships. Writers have to struggle less. The respect that you gain from industry is also great.
6.Salaries
Average package of Top-5 B-Schools in India is more than 15 lakh p.a. This coupled with fast-track growth makes it a very lucrative field for the aspirants.
Mind you there is lot of effort to be put in and salary should not be the only reason to go for an MBA. The expectations from a B-Schooler are very high and they work under more pressure.
